Start your Tucker Annual Meeting experience with a morning on the greens at Wailea Blue Golf Course , just five minutes from the resort.
This is a great opportunity to network with colleagues in a relaxed setting while enjoying the beautiful Hawaiian weather and stunning ocean views.
Golf schedule: Meet at the hotel lobby entrance at 6:00am for car shuttles to the golf course. Check-in and warm-up at the putting green begin at 6:30am. The first tee time is 7:30am.
Each player pays on their own at check-in.
Blue Course rates (AM start): $250 per player + $7 group fee + tax. Includes greens fees and a shared cart equipped with GPS and a cooler stocked with ice; a fillable, reusable logo water vessel and filtered water filling stations; hitting nets and a practice green for warm-up; cart signs with player names, tee time, and event logo; and group porterage/bag-handling fee.
Club rentals: $99 + tax. Includes six Callaway Supersoft balls in a commemorative pouch.
For those registered, Dr. Chris Woo will email complete details covering transportation logistics and tee times.
Members attending the 1pm Executive Council meeting at the hotel will be assigned the earliest tee times—please let Dr. Woo know if you plan to attend the board meeting.

Transportation
Wailea Beach Resort does not operate an airport shuttle. Arrange a private transfer, taxi, rideshare, or rental car from Kahului Airport (OGG).
Complimentary resort shuttle service is available for stops within Wailea only—check with bell services at the main entrance for availability.
All registered guests may attend the breakfasts and can use hotel self-parking for $10/day. If you park in the hotel self-park lot, get a validation sticker from Dr. May Chang and pay at the front desk before leaving. There are no in-and-out privileges.
Free parking is also available at The Shops at Wailea: park at the back of the lot and use the hotel entrance at the back of the parking lot. If coming only for breakfast or Wednesday night dinner, you may valet park for free; tell valet you are eating at Humble Market Kitchen for free validation.

Helpful Tips
Maui in August: Average 85°F (29°C). Pack light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and a light jacket for air-conditioned venues.
Business casual for lectures and meetings. Resort casual for social events. Formal/black tie optional for gala dinner.
Don't forget swimwear! The resort has beautiful pools and beach access, and Friday is a free day—perfect for beach activities. The Maui sun is strong: please use plenty of sunscreen and wear sun hats throughout the day, not just at the beach or pool.
Book popular activities (snorkeling, Road to Hana tours, luaus) in advance. Hotel concierge can assist with arrangements.
Wailea has exceptional restaurants. Make reservations early, especially for fine dining establishments.
Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available but can be limited in Wailea. Highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore outside the Wailea area.
